So your arguing over 10 places. I consider ranking a guy in the top 30 throughout history as very high. If i was to say you were in the top 30 Klitschko nuthuggers of all time you should take it as a compliment as there are so many of them. Same logic applies as to where I rank Wladimer.
Top 30 at best. He may have "dominance" over the division, but that is composed of nothing more than ***** jabbing his big mean opponent away for 12 rounds of boredom. ATG status is not just based on how many times you "defend" your title after all.
Im not a nuthugger. I simply recognize his accomplishments. The total domination of an era in boxing makes one deserve a spot at the top. And btw, go **** yourself noob.
He's currently no. 6 on the U.S.A. controlled Ring Magazine pound for pound list. He has unified all of the belts except his brothers. He has been dominant champ for well over 5 years and has one of the highest knockout percentages in heavyweight history. He always fights the best available competition; number one contenders or co-champs like Haye who many pundits favored to K.O. Wlad. He came back from adversity, learned a new style of boxing under a new trainer to become a dominant champ and rarely loses a single round when he is not knocking his opponents senseless. He is in the top 10 or 15 for sure. Oh, yeah, he is also an olympic gold medalist, I believe the youngest in history at heavyweight.
How am I not recognising his accomplishments by ranking him in the top 30 of all time. And btw, go **** yourself April 2011.
#8 - #13 Definitely above Charles, Walcott, Patterson, Liston, Bowe. Definitely below Ali, Louis, Lewis, Holmes, Dempsey, Johnson, Holyfield.
Yeah, Wlad got a lopsided, unanimous decision over a co-champion that many fans thought would spark Wlad out with the first solid hayemaker landed. Many writers on this site and pundits around the world figured Haye to get the victory due to his heavy hands and tremendous hand and foot speed. Instead Haye was reduced to a quivering, excuse making hunk of English jello-pudding by the the mighty steelhammer Dr. Wlad Klitschko.
I think that's your problem there 'fans'. Fans do that, they behave with bias. Hardly any of the pundits picked Haye, the betting had Wlad as a hot favourite. Most thought Wlad would win, very few Haye. Folk need to ignore the hype and look at what Haye has actaully achieved at HW, it really is very little. Also, I wish people would stop hiding behind the fact that Wlad won most the rounds, he did, but that doesn't paint the real picture at all. It certainly was no domination, neither man did that much and most the rounds were fairly close rounds with little happening.
:huh Wlad has KO'd almost everyone he faced. That three or four fellas managed to last the distance by going into survival mode will not affect his future status as an ATG. You are making no sense at all.
