Who else feels '11 Adamek would be tuff as nails for '53 Marciano? I sure as hell do.

Louis would jab Adamek's face apart. Were talking about a fighter who was hit a lot by a fat Chris Arreola. Louis timing with his jab was impeccable, it was also powerful. He would close Adamek's eye by the third round. Also, Louis still had enough power in his left hook to put Adamak on his ass if he decides to trade in close. Louis ring intelligence and skill levels were also above Adamek's. I don't see Adamek winning. He doesn't have the elite skills/speed of an Ezzard Charles, nor does he possess the strength/power/stamina of a prime rocky marciano.

Yes, I am........ Adamek as of recent yrs / fights beats Conn's punchless ass in a time machine....... Spare me Conn's fabled tales....... Adamek is a well schooled pro.......

I really feel a 2011 version of Tommy Adamek matches up better against a '53 Marciano than he will against a well tuned, 40 year old Vitali Klit who's still formidable at 250 pounds and 6' 7" tall.....
    :deal
    I pumped for Sept. 10, 2011..... :hey:good

Bill, I talk to Tomasz regularly in the gym and he told me that he wouldn't stand a chance against Marciano. He also told me that you overrate him.

Alright, cool...I think that settles this.

2011 Tommy Adamek will be the toughest opponent for Vitali since his comeback.

Adamek better not feel or talk like that, otherwise, he is what we call a "Loser." A fighter who does train and is fighting good opponents on a regular basis had better display more pride and attitude than giving in on some hypothetical match-up such as this here's threads title.... Also, there is a difference between showing respect to be politically correct and also stating a serious fact....

Hell, even Ol' Rocco normally praised his opponents when deep down he felt he could beat them....

Both Marciano and Adamek have displayed class..:good

I think it would have been a decent fight but Adamek doesn't do anything better than Walcott, Moore, or Charles and would go the same way. Marciano was a tough nut for anyone to crack because an iron chin, lion heart, and granite fists are a great combination.

I do like Adamek; he's a breath of fresh air... But, unless my dog V.K. acts 140 yrs old come Sept., I cannot see Adamek winning... However, I do feel Adamek can pull a "Haye" and stick, move and run well enough to lose a 12 rd. decision...

No. And the only reason Vitali possibly loses to this undersized chump is due to age.

I thought age could hurt V.K. against Solis, but, in the end it was Solis who actually proved to be a lemon...

Marciano is the true one who benefitted from and old and stale division...... The middle 50s was a "Lolly-Gag" period in heavyweight history.......... Cheerio..

Adamek UD no doubt. Bigger, Stronger, Faster, More Skilled, Better Defense and Boxing Ability.
