Wlad should fight an MMA HW champ!

    I'd like to see Wlad fight an MMA HW champ, for instance Darrill Schoonover or Tony Bonello.

    I mean, heck, who else is there? Helenus? Yawn.

    No, seriously. Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing both incorporate actual boxing skills. Kinda'. & all those MMA guys love to pretend they could beat any boxer in a legit match. Of course they are delusional, but they probably couldn't resist the challenge. Plus, if nothing else they would surely bring the fight to Wlad, unlike 95% of his previous opponents.


    Such a match would bring a lot of MMA fans to the sport of boxing. Maybe Schoonover could train with someone like Freddie Roach for six months, or whatever.

    Sure, Wlad would likely turn him into a pile of blood & oil, but it would be more exciting than the Princess Haye fight, and I bet it would generate a fortune for the promoters.

    Sure I'm dreaming, and no I'm not really serious, but it might be a heckuva' lot of fun to watch.

    did Wlad do kickboxing or was it only Vitaly? If you watch Wlad's early fights he has an odd stance like a kickboxer

    Seriously....Junior Dos Santos would be more competitive and fare better versus Wladimir than Haye did.

    Wlad in a mma match? He would get Toney`d, the only chance of winning he has is if someone is that stupid and tries to stand with him (like Diaz did against Daley).

    Darril Schoonoover is the fat guy with the glasses from TUF that Rampage kept calling "titties", Tony Bonello was the guy that got in Ninja Rua's face talking mad **** in the staredown only to get **** choke ko'd in 1st round

    Why I remember these guys? I don't even know :lol:.
