Rocky,notice how LEAN the fighters were in your photos ! Why even the trainers were lean and in shape. today Dempsey would be at about 215 lbs or so. Would he be better
at that weight [he had the upper frame] ? Hell no. The wily oldtime trainers like Jimmy DeForrest, KNEW not to sacrifice stamina and speed ,like dragging a trailer on a car.

So true Burt - Dempsey - the lean mean killing machine doesn't get any better than the 180ish version that anihilated the likes of Willard & Fulton - no extra weight would've been able to improve on that and none would be needed

ABSOLUTELY:good which is why i don't get why people add 30 pounds to dempsey and rocky marciano in fantasy matchups....they wouldn't be the same fighters, wouldn't have the same speed, wouldn't have the same agility:bbb
