This might sound like an ass hole question, but what if the khan vs floyd fight was in the UK but they fought in the aftetnoon? I figure you guys are used to seeing good fights in the day time, but for us it kind of sucks plus the PPV buys would be coming from the states any how. Haye vs wlad felt like I was watching a rerun or some ****, did have a nive cookout though

In the UK the fights are usually at 3 or 4 in the morning, not in the afternoon.

You realise we're several hours ahead of you, right? You'd be watching the fight at about 11am if we was watching it in the afternoon.

i'm not a Brit but is Floyd fighting Khan after he losses to Pacquiao or would he go for Khan right after Ortiz and duck Pacquiao altogether?

I just don't think the fight would happen in the UK. Yeah PBF said he wants one here, but not if it means making less $$$.

If they did have it in the UK they would need to guarantee a 60k seater stadium sell out plus have it start at around 2am earliest so all of the US is off work and can watch it.

The issue is that if it started at 2am and it was in the UK then it would be a complete nightmare. If you think brits are drunk at fights that start at 10pm then you should see them at 2am!!!

I could see it working out like Froch-Dirrell. Fighting in England but at around 2am so it's in the evening for the Yanks.

I'd rather it was in the US than 2am over here. I wouldn't want to hear any time related excuses from the loser.

That being said, Mayweather vs Khan could potentially be huge in the UK providing Khan keeps winning. Wembley Stadium would be a great venue for this fight. Business wise, it would make sense for Floyd to do this before fighting Pacquiao in order to pick up some more European fans before the megafight goes down.
