Who's next on the big man's hitlist... I look forward to watching him fight he's not been in a bad fight since I started keeping an eye on him a few years back.

    1. Tavoris Cloud, overated by some I feel, Would be a good Unification scrap and it would make up for the poor opponent last time out.... Doubt Wárren would go for that to be honest (athough cloud has been making noise about ko'ing Clev)

    2. Gabriel Campillo, would be a good first defense, again would Wárren allow this or would he prefer someone like Rocky Fielding (won prizefighter last time out)

    3. Dmitry Sukhotsky, WBO Intercontinental champion Lost to Braehmer in only defeat. has a decent to average record and made short work of Clev's last opponent.

Anyone have any info or opinion? :good

It will be Tony Bellew if he wins in 2 weeks. September 17th. Cardiff or Liverpool.

I'd go near Cloud before I would Campillo. Campillo has a very good ring presence, and he's surprisingly slick. I don't think he'd be overwhelmed by Cleverly's strengths. Plus he has no up side compared to Cloud.

    I see Cleverly beating Cloud.

I reckon it will that fella A. Bum. He seems a safe bet - sturdy chin, give him some rounds etc

As long as the opponent has no great skills or power Clev will be made to fight them.

Probs someone like Diaconu, Roberto Bolonti (Typical WBO Fodder)

Yh, I hope it's in the Echo arena Liverpool. I'd pay to go see him there. Against Bellew and it would be even sweeter!!! WAR BELLEW!!!:D

    Roberto who? :rofl

Bellew has got to happen as long as Tony comes through against Ovill. Theres too much excitement built up between those two for it not to happen.

IIRC IB said that he watched that fight and it was a bull**** stoppage and Sukhotsky was losing the fight.

:lol: Roberto Feliciano Bolonti. I found his name on Boxrec.

He's a typical WBO Light Heavyweight Title Defence for a Frank fighter. He's Argentinian and looks like he fights cab drivers.

I do wonder how they make some of these 'WBO matches'. Do you reckon they sit around in Frank ****** HQ around a big table, digestives and a cup of tea, going down the list of WBO ranked fighters and Boxrecing them.

'This guy looks okay, South American, never fought anyone I've heard of and has a 30% KO ratio'

    'Steady on Dean...30%?'

And if all else fails they seem to be able to prop peoples rankings up from absolutely nowhere. Suddenly you'll find a guy is top 10 overnight. They must have had a pretty good nights sleep thats all I can say.
