A Wlad vs Dos Santos fight should be in a boxing ring with 8 oz. gloves.....much more competitive than Haye, brings a lot of intrigue and makes the fighters 10 x the money than it would than in an MMA fight.

Well for all Yakuza may or may not be they do not:

1. Prevent co-promotional deals because they are afraid that another org's champ might expose their division's unpreparedness if he came over

2. Threaten to have nothing to do with fighters if they lend their image to a video game

3. Insult an ATG fighter and claim that their smoked ham of a HW champ with 3 wins would beat him easily


Otherwise Zuffa is ok, they put on some good cards

 

They dont do that because it would lose them revenue, the UFC does those things because it gains them revenue, simple

The point isn't that Wladimir should fight an MMA bout....it is that he should fight (boxing) an MMA champion. Dos Santos would be perfect and Junior would makes 10 times the money that he has made in his WHOLE career thus far.

 

Klitschko in MMA? NO! But a boxing match against Overeem or Dos Santos would be interesting

 

Thats the point of the thread....Wlad would fight an MMA champion in a boxing match not necessarily an MMA match.

 

K-1 isn't MMA though and these days UFC/Zuffa is MMA. Maybe I don't understand your post...
