Spoke with his team yesterday,he is improving and doing great with his therapy but definitly wont be fighting this year.Good news-he has only add 12 lbs since the day of his fight. He is in good spirits and ready for a come back around feb 2012.We are gonna meet soon and i'll be able to get some pics. After a tune up fight and if looking good and get rid of the rust he will be aiming again for a title shot.Doubt Vitali will give him a rematch but Wlad is looking for someone who stands and fight.Odlanier will deliver that.

If he can keep his weight down he is still young enough to make some noise in the division

He has a long road back to a shot at the brothers.......a year off and a major injury, he needs some big time tune-ups first to see how well he actually recovered.

only up 12 lbs thats good i thought with all that time out hed be over 3 bills

anyway this is a serious injury may take a long time to get back to form

well Vitali had some serious injuries in his career and he turned out fine

if solis handls this well his future can still be bright

i wonder if he will get back on track b4 vitali retires

Sad state of boxing when we are hoping for him to stay in shape. But please remind me what his job is? Unless he's a part-time professional pie eater, he should be in god damn shape! He's in his prime of his life and hes a professional boxer, he should be in the gym 24/7 and in supreme fitness!!!! Damn these fat heavyweights are a disgrace!!!!

    Thanks for the update..

I know we didn't see much in his last fight, but i liked the way he was moving.. Who knows what would have happened..

12lbs? you should ask how much muscle mass he lost and replaced with fat since the fight then or how high his body fat ratio is in case its measurable  Its just a shame he lacks desire and motivation since he could bring some good fights to the division

well if he had continued diving in wide open it only would have been a matter of a few rounds until he really had got KTFO

This, not sure if he beats a Klitschko but i would be certainly interested to see how he could do against either one. Well Wlad anyway, Vitali will be gone soon im sure.
