Who else feels '11 Adamek would be tuff as nails for '53 Marciano? I sure as hell do.

    I'd not only pick Rocky over Adamek, I'd take him over Haye as well, and I'd give him a decent shot against Wlad as well.

    Fair game on the whole but, bad hands for Arreola is weak....... Arreola was very game back in '10 with Adamek, yet, if he was better tuned at 235 pounds, maybe he would've had the surge of extra energy to out-score the spry Adamek..... "Maybe, Perhaps, Could've and Etc."

    Marciano proved a lot more than Adamak, I can't see Adamak beating Walcott or Moore, and Charles. Let's see if he wins title, and if he doesn't, let's see him rack up some big time wins. Then comparison can start.

    Marciano's punch was tested and it was featured in the December 1963 issue of Boxing Illustrated: "Marciano's knockout blow packs more explosive energy than an armour-piercing bullet and represents as much energy as would be required to spot lift 1000 pounds one foot off the ground."

    height : 5' 11"
    reach : 67"

    lowest weight 178 highest 192

    Tomasz Adamek
    height : 6' 1,5"
    Reach : 75"

    Had to cut a shitload of weight to make 175, would have probably been most comfortable at ~190

    Adamek is taller, has a lot more reach and would naturally be around as heavy as Rocky. How the hell is Marciano the bigger man in any way?

    Other than the fact that people love to overrate oldtime fighters, for whatever reason.

    Im curious. Adamek beat your boy Mike Grant and gained your respect in the process. What if he somehow beats Vitali? Would you more like him or dislike him than now?
