David was so confident and cocky about beating Wlad that he refused to fight wlad if the contract had "options" and then again refused if it had a "rematch clause"

davids confidence caused him to not be in the right mind for business..... now he has nothing and has to wait and see if the brothers will be nice and forgiving after all his **** talking and such to give him another shot.................karma is a ***** David

I bet Haye is kicking his own ass now about that

The Klits should throw him a bone and vacate the IBO title and let him fight for it.

If it makes sense financially for both sides, it will happen. If Haye beats a top 10 contender or two, it's still by far the biggest fight out that. That's the way of the world, and ultimately that's going to happen. It would look small-time if it was refused at that point, and I think the same would be true in reverse. I don't blame anyone for not wanting a binding rematch clause.

David Haye is to enthusiastic and proud about being Don King's slave to allow contract opions from anyone else.

not the options... i get that although he said "no" to the brothers then turned around and signed the same thing...

    im talking rematch clause...

if he had kept it, he could exercise it and not have to fight his way back up which he has made clear he doesnt want to do

its just funny to me how he didnt want to be at the "mercy of the brothers" but that is exactly where he is now for a title shot:yep

Why not. Wlad showed how easy it is.

Seriously, David is thanking his good judgment that there was no rematch clause. Do you REALLY think he wants to do that again instead of TALKING about it? Get serious. Talking is his strong suit, not boxing. :D
