Do most Mexicans Hate Pacquiao???

    Most of the Mexicans I know of LOVE Manny despite him having beaten so many top Mexican fighters.

    A good friend of mine was devastated when he beat Barrera but always talks respectfully about Manny because of the way he fights.
    This is often times the case when I talk to most Mexican fight fans in real life.

    But on most message boards I browse on there seems to be a large contingent of Mexican boxing fans who can't stand Manny and are the most vocal critics.

    In your experience how do the Mexcan people you know of view Manny Pacquiao???

    No of course not. But when the Morales victory or JMM robberies are brought up the *******s bring up one million excuses and dont want to give credit wheret credit is due. In and outta the ring there isnt a reason to hate him hes a warrior.

    I would blame how he bet all there best, Juan Manuel Marquez, Erik Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera, Oscar De La Hoya, Jorge Solis and David Diaz. lol.

    There is one idiot at my work that hates Pacquiao because he thinks Pacquiao is a racist for beating up only Mexican fighters. I had to explain to him the business side of the sport but the stupid ass is a very proud ignorant Mexican. Funny too since the stupid fck was anticipating the Pac/Margo matchup very much while picking Margo and now he's claiming Canelo would beat Pacquiao.

    Its just that sometimes our dislike of *******s translates over to Manny. but it shouldn't he's a great fighter and deserve much of the credit he gets. now if *******s just acknowledge that Morales took him to school and that the JMM 2 fight was close but should've gone to JMM then we would be okay.

    To answer the thread, I dont think most Mexicans hate Pacquiao. I live in a town thats 85-90% Mexican and most like Pacquiao. Some even believe he's the G.O.A.T. In fact I can credit Pacquiao for hooking me up the week after Mosley/Mayweather. We were watching the replay at a bar and this Mexican *******ette was boasting how Pacquiao would finish the job. My friend opened for me by telling her I was Filipino and she was all over me that night.

    How can Mexicans hate this guy? From what I read, Pac is quite revered in Mexico. Why not? Just look at that face! :lol:

    Most of the Mexican's I know appreciate Manny, and want to stand behind there fighters, but tend to know boxing better than other casual fans and usually pick the fighter that will win. If they could adopt Manny they would because he does what they want their fighters to do.
