Oscar FFS, the man fought like 6 ATGs! I think that ODLH is arguably smarter than the brilliant Floyd, the man didn't kept his "0" but fought so many big fights that he made so much money to become the #2 promoter
the quertey and whitaker fights are difficult, I thought he lost to quertey but beat whitaker very closely. when fights are as close as those you have to respect the decision, oscars only clear losses are mosley 1,hopkins,sturm,mayweather,pacquiao

I agree with that. But one thing Oscar has on his resume that Floyd clearly does not is a win over the P4P 1 guy in his (Whitaker) on his record who happened to be around his weightclass. Floyd (since he could be considered P4P1 sometimes) doesn't have a win over any fighter who was P4P 2 at the time.
And Hopkins and Sturm came at a weight he should never have been at, and Mayweather and Pacquiao came when he was well, well past his prime. IMO his only clear and indisputable prime loss was Mosley 1, and that was avenged in the 2nd fight as I saw it. I had him losing to Whitaker and Quartey, but only by a point. Two very close fights with two superb fighters.
Absolutely without a doubt it's DLH. I've never been a fan of his, but he took on all the top challengers of his day. Floyd cannot even come close to saying that. He and his minions can offer up all kinds of excuses for who is to blame for that, but the fact is he has not come close to testing himself against the best of his era, not since he left 135 anyway, and that was over 10 years ago.
The Mosley loss should've been on record when it came out that Mosley juiced in order to jump two weight classes and fight DLH. People just willingly forget (I guess because he comes across as such a nice guy) that Mosley was one of the biggest cheats in the sport for a long time. I thought at the time that he lost to Quartey and Whitaker, but after watching them over the years, I'm much less sure about Quartey, especially when the knockdowns are counted. it's tough to give Quartey rounds he might've been winning when he ended up on his seat. I still think he lost to Whitaker, but it was very, very close. And to counter that, he clearly beat Tito. No question about Sturm and Hopkins either, but he was not a middleweight.
so your saying DLH's fight with Mayorga was as big as his Trindad fight?? Mayweather fight?? If you believe that then you need to go see a doctor. yes DLH won a couple of big fights but lost most of his. I dont care who you fight, if you dont win your big fights then your resume is not good

Floyd had already beaten better fighters and was moving on up. But it is INDISPUTABLE that Floyd cherrypicked 140 and 147, then retired rather than face the guys listed, then came back and fought a lightweight and a 38 year old man. :deal
During his time DHL was so hated...I couldn't understand it...out side of one guy, he always fought the best he could, win lose or draw...his fights were exciting. Yes he did lose to Strum...but I am a Strum fan...even though I think he got a gift or two so should not complain. I don't think Mayweather always went after the best fight with the best guy around like DHL did so often. So many of Mayweather haters don't give him credit...he has weak hands and has fought at least two fights with hands he hurt inside the ring. To get a Mayweather fight is hard to do in Germany....but in two that I did, he complained in his corner of hurt hands. When you are fradgile fisted, you can not be a power puncher.
