Well lets face it, beating a WAY past it Tyson and decisioning a past his prime Holyfield isn't exactly scaling Everest either :good Those were basically his three most notable wins. Not taking anything away from Lewis ...but his opposition wasn't light years ahead of Wlads like people try and make it out to be.

Or a southpaw.:D Which is why he vacated his title rather than fight Chris Byrd. One thing that we all know about Lewis is that his was pretty uncoordinated. His balance was bad, and he would literally trip over his own feet. Chris Byrd would have made him look bad, even if Lewis won.

I wouldn't call Rahman and McCall tougher opposition. Some of the other fighters? Sure. But his losses were to very average to mediocre fighters.

And Wlad's wins were against world beaters??? Brewster and Sanders made there names off Wlad they were considered journey men before beating him. And Purrity was a journey men.

I understand that and agree with it. But Wlad was not one punch KOed by any of those guys like Lennox was.

Any fighter who Tyson can't even knockdown and made a living taking punches from him is pretty tough. And I would question Wlad's mental ability to deal with someone he surely cannot even hurt.

:hi: LEWIS was 37 and far from washed up . In fact it was VITALY who was coming off both BACK and SHOULDER OPS . Not exactly at his best either I must say .

And stop constantly trying to put down a man who is obviously a great boxer. "Peter can't even throw a punch correctly" LoL! Well for a guy that doesn't know how to throw a punch correctly he sure did pretty good against Toney in the rematch and knocking out Maskaev. And that's not Wladimir's best win. Chagaev, Byrd 1 and 2 arguably.

To sit there and claim Wladimir's best win is Peter and say it's "pathetic" ...that's pretty ballsy for somebody that wouldn't last 1 minute with Peter to say. :-( Wladimir has schooled some top notch heavyweights that would have been good heavies in Lewis era. Get over it

:good:good:good Lewis does have Vitali on his resume. Name one comparable fighter on Wlad's resume? Many think Wlad wouldn't hold up if he fought his brother now.
