Wlad Has Now Gone Longer Than Lennox Lewis Ever Did Between Losses

Off topic, but these tremendous records of dominance by both Lewis and Wlad speaks well of both long-term champs. They both kept evolving their boxing skills throughout their respective careers, kept learning and of course were smart enough to hire a tactical genius for a trainer.

I think Lennox is a little overrated anyway...

I rank Lewis probably 12th on the all time heavyweight list, Wladimir Klitschko probably 20th.

Let us not pretend Lennox Lewis fought in a DOMINANT, DOMINANT era of heavies as he has been recently praised for in the build up to Klitschko/Haye. Tyson, Holyfield, and Lewis made the other 20 guys in the "stacked era" look relevant. Much the same as Klitschko has made the other 20 guys in his "pathetic era" look irrelevant.

Lewis did have bad balance. That was one area which Steward worked to improve Lewis at.

To be fair, and honest, Wladimir would have beaten all of those guys.

Haye is the top win. He had more pedigree than Samuel Peter. And by the way, I compared Samuel Peter vs Wlad and Tua vs Lewis. What struck me was that Tua was fat, past prime and had a weird hair style. The Samuel Peter that showed up to fight Wlad was unskilled and crude, but genuinly tough and hard punshing and he came to win. Even if he was stocky I dont think he was out of shape either.
