Ruslan 'Hepatitis' Chagaev a SHOT fighter??

    When he did fight Wladdy in 2009, Hepatitis Chagaev sucked cos of his disease. Ruslan looked really sick in teh unhealthy ill way. I even heard somewhere Chagaev might of had AIDS or at least HIV when he tried to not stink like dog poo vs Wladdy Klit. Hepatitis Chagaev looked like washed-up ****, badly struggling And really almost losing to tomato can BUM Skelton, before teh Wladdy fight.

    So is Hepatitis Chagaev SHOT? Does Povetkin beating him mean **** all??

    chagaev would have lost regardless of his illness, povetkin beating him means he is back in line for a fight vs wlad to beat him, thats all what it is at this point.

    Its only easter Europeans who rate Ibragimov and Chagaev.

    Both were truely awful champions.

    Ibragimov wasn't that bad. I think he's a little underrated. Not a fan of Chagaev whatsoever. He's a carthorse, and little more.

    Chagaev looked pretty good when he dominated Meehan and did everything but stop him in their title eliminator

    Haye avoided fighting him but then again we all got the fight we wanted

    Chagaev deserves a shot at the WBA though nobody is really interested in watching Wlad batter him again

    chagaev with out the aids could have given klitschko a better fihgt.

    Chagaev was the true WBA champion, not Haye.

    Also was not so shot that he didn't scare Haye into ducking him....

    haye ducked him to fight wlad.

    yeah haye should have fought aids boy then he would have still be pissing off klit boys.

    Sadly, unless Povetkin suddenly became much worse and Teddy Atlas receives his payment for nothing, i can't see Ruslan winning it.
    In recent bouts Ruslan was doing way too little, and Povetking should easily outpoint him.
    I can't see either scoring KO in this fight, Ruslan lost his gas it seems and Povetkin imo lacks punching power for this level. However, i expect Ruslan to land few nice shots that will leave visible marks on Povetkin's face as russian has horrible defense.
