    the Hatton bashing was tiresome when he was boxing, even more so now he's retired.

    Facts are that in his prime he was P4P top 10, and his only crime is getting beat by the 2 best fighters of his generation

    I love way some of you are debating the box at OT. Betty believes he's a United fan lads he says he's a red underneath the front that's why he goes on about it.

    Top marks to Betty. Great poster lol.

    Hatton has been over rated IMO. Besides zoo who was rusty as anything and hadn't fought for 2 years which genuine world champion did he beat who was good. Pl don't mention the crap fighters such as vilches, blown up lightweights etc. The guy got crowds in, is a people person. Guy made millions from fighting poor opponents.

    Ricky hatton did ok as champion, but please don't class as a world class operator cos he wasn't. He lost welterweight fight but judges cheated. The only 2 good opponents he fought caught him out and whopped his backside.

    Amir khan has fought better opponents than hatton and clazaghe too date at this stage of thier careers.

    PBF is the pound for pound king and showed Ricky who is the daddy and will also beat pacman who whilst is great fighter will lose.

    Amir khan And Bradley would get done over by PBF as well.

    This post starts off badly and gets worse.......

    Zoo fought and won 6 months via KO (improving on a previous result against the same opponent) before fighting Hatton.

    Do you know what "world class" means? Of course he was world class, he fought and won in world class for a number of years.

    Collazo was a close fight, if you score it round by round rather than who ended the fight the better its easy to score for Hatton. No disgrace losing to Pac and PBF, Hatton just wasn't good enough.

    Doesn't really affect Hattons record though.....

    Ah right, a Mayweather fan. That explains everything...

    Err I think you're talking shite Strike. Where have I 'banged on' about the coke habit before? My point there was more about the flash hotel. The vast majority of working class lads I know ain't into coke, but who knows elsewhere. Anyway, keep inventing arguments to provide a platform for exhibiting on esb how connected and 'cool' you are!!:lol:

    Phillips was around 40, oliveria, vilches, the guy who beat Harris, Stewart, Castillo shot to pieces. These guys were crap and past their sell by date. The real live opponent he fought and lost. Look at the fighters. It says it all.

    err, I think you could say Mayweather & pac are just a bit better than 'real live' opponents! They fall into 'best of the best' category. Collazo & the big built guy were 'real live' opponents.
