Yeah I am dude, throwing 1 or 2 power shots to the body in a fight doesnt make you a noteworthy body puncher. Watch the Mosley fight, and count how many body shots he throws.

Consistently goes to the body? You mean with jabs right? We must have different idea of what consistent means.

One of Floyds principle attacks is the body, he throws more straight rights and jabs to the body then anyone in boxing today. He broke Judah and Mosley down with body punching. He stopped Mitchell with a body shot.

You should stick with soccer. More and more its becoming clear boxing isnt your thing. :good

1-2 power shots? Dude, just stop. You are blind as hell.

Yes, he consistently goes to the body. It is pretty obvious you are not the sharpest eye when it comes to spotting punches.

Maybe not too much on the abs of boxers, but to the solar plexus. MAN. I hate those.

Just watched this tidbit and although I was searching for the body shots:

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yihHitpTHEg&feature=related[/ame]

I just can't get enough of those short hooks and uppercuts to the head during the clinch and the intelligent use of elbows by FMJ. The way that he always pushed Hatton's head down during the clinch as well was intelligent. Perhaps people don't realize how that simple tactic drains one's strength/composure slowly.
This is probably how he will use it against Pac as well.
The check hook on the beginning of round 3 was also brilliant.

I think Pac abandoned alot of his body attack for a little while, but seems to be bringing back around... Floyd has always used it and always seems to find some really good openings.. Floyds ahead in this because he will actually just focus on a body attack.. While a lot of times Pac is using his to set something up upstairs.. Both are very good at it when they apply..

Consistently goes to to body ? If consistent to you means throwing 1 power shot to the body once every blue moon, that I guess we have different views on the word consistent. Floyd is a good body puncher when he wants to be, but he very far away from 'consistent.'

I know the better fighter won , but it is crazy how much Mayweather is holding in those first 4 rounds and its hatton being told off by Cortez.
