Each of the blood test procedures can be filmed to ensure an equal amount is dished out from opposing sides. If Floyd agrees with Arum's request, fine. But let it be known this slows up the process. I imagine Floyd is going to be a hardass about it. Then we're back in square one. Best move is to just fully concede, like the way Vic and Shane have done so.

According to Arum they'll agree to olympic style drug testing, but they want a 'neutral' organization to handle it , not USADA. I don't see why that's a problem. Floyd should just accept this ... as long as it's OSDT I don't think it should matter.

Just make the ****ing fight already. If they can make this fight Pacquiao and Mayweather should pull out of their current fights and pay their challengers some money to step aside.

and since then floyd has moved back to USADA. USADA won't do the test if it has cut-off. would floyd still stick to USADA or would he let some other neutral agency do it?

if floyd wants the fight from early on, we haven't seen this **** from him. 2 years is a long time, if he is out to really clean the sport like he said, he could have petitioned the commissions already.
