USADA and WADA have had a history of questionable practices. USADA has covered up failed tests for US athletes and have allowed them to participate in the Olympics even after failed tests.

WADA's strict guidelines actually allow many cheats to get away.

"Danish researchers recently set out to test how well the labs can detect EPO by medicating eight student volunteers with the drug over a period of weeks. The athletic performance of these students improved in some cases by 50%. But when over 100 urine samples from the students were sent anonymously to two WADA-approved laboratories, they produced very different results. One of the labs declared none of the samples positive."

this is true. arum is suspecting that schaefer and tygart has some close working relation so both mosley and floyd or could be just one has been tipped that they would stop testing 18 days before the fight just to avoid ****ing-up the fight due to complications a blood extraction might give. it is wrong for arum to think so but asking for another neutral organization that GBP has no involvement in the past would be wise.

moving the goal post is typically referred to when one side agrees to a demand, and then the demand changes....not when a demand is refused, then the demand changes

24 day cut off? Are you kidding

How do you go from Roach saying we need 7 days and floyd saying we need it up to the fight, to pac asking for a 24 day cut off.

Get the hell out of here.

If floyd never wanted the fight he wouldn't have even budged from up to the fight to 14 days. Just think about that for a second.

He went from no days to 14 days, even when roach had earlier said 7 days would be cool.

Yet pac wanted 24 days or no fight. And who was the one who ran away from negotiations to fight clottey?

If GBP and Floyd can make USADA the company to eventually test every fighter in the future it is worth millions so naturally they would look out for the bigest American boxer who himself was an Olympian so he and GBP can push Tygarts company to the lead to administer the tests.

Nobody can or should question that the commission should be in charge of testing. if they are gonna go over their heads then it should be for judges and instant replay not some pointless test where in reality the technology can not catch a determined cheat. This is a joke.

PEd users are caught from testimony not USADA testing. A lie detector test would prove more accurate. I don't know why they don't just do that.

It was stopped 18 days because USADA is afraid that if any negative effects of blood loss affected Floyd or Shane, they'd get their asses sued. Expect Floyd and Ortiz to get a similar last day of blood testing.

pac moved from agreeing 3 blood test each per month to 30 days cut-off and then finally 24 days cut-off. if floyd wanted the fight, he could have accepted the 24 days as much as pac had accepted the 14 days cut-off. 10 days are separating them and they could have agreed to 19 days but not. anyways this ha been beaten to death and we know that floyd took a vacation in the 2nd round of negotiations .

what's important is pac has agreed to full cut-off and conceeded to floyd, would floyd stick to USADA this time?

Funny how after all this time, *******s have been saying pac has agreed to all of floyd's demands.

Yet as soon as Arum comes out with this. What do we get from the *******s?

Oh USADA can't be trusted, pac needs to find another testing body, GBP could be paying them off to tamper with pac's test lol

    It really is pathetic.

Pac's problem was never about getting caught with PEDs, but with the loss of blood before a fight. There's a reason why they stopped blood testing Floyd and Shane 18 days (almost 3 weeks) after all their talk that blood testing doesn't weaken you.

I thought Floyd won't have problem if they'll tap another agency to do the testing?

    Make up your mind.

I won't hold my breath on that, just like we heard it from floyd I want to hear it from pac himself.

it is now Arum job to go find a neutral third party organization that both parties can agree on.
