USADA is a nongovernmental agency (a private company) that nobody oversees. They can get away with things. They already have, by allowing US athletes that have failed drug tests to compete in the Olympics.

Arum is just asking that USADA allow another agency to oversee what they do. 2 agencies working together should be better than 1. They can police each other and make sure everything is done properly.

interested theory, however GBP and Floyd aren't all of boxing, and quite frankly, don't have that much pull

also, "the commission" you are aware boxing is not centralized aren't you?

as far as testing not catching people...are you saying 0 people have been caught cheating under USADA testing?

but hey, whatever, i don't give a **** who they use

I don't think he would have a problem.

But lets say he did, this shouldn't even be an issue considering pac had agreed to all mayweather demands right? And it floyd who has been ducking the fight?

Yet now we are hearing but no USADA, who will be doing floyd v ortiz fight.

I just find it funny how you *******s jump from one position to the next. It's very entertaining sweet cheeks.

But to my knowledge floyd shouldn't have a problem as long as a respectable anti doping body is introduced by Arum.:deal

I don't give a **** either and believe it or not it is more likely IMO Floyd uses PED's compared to Manny.

Whoever they use neither will be caught and Floyd knows that and it is was a tactic to buy time.

I know other things which I will dare not mention on this forum.

    Random is random.

So if ortiz and mayweather happen to get tested a week before the fight, what will your theory be then?

if floyd knows that pac most definitely knows that, so why run away to fight joshua clottey rather than accept a 14 day cut off. :nut

Depends how they fight. Will Ortiz have Shane's epileptic seizures too? Will he have the same stamina like he did against Berto? :hey

    Quantum Entanglement.

Manny and Floyd are forever linked. The fight will happen unless Vicious stops Floyd in the 4th Round in 2 months.

    Ok sweet cheecks.

In that case there's nothing much to rant about Arum want a neutral party right?

Floyd would agree to it anyway? Right?

And now that Pacman will take the test, we will most likely see the fight this 2012...

    Right?

How many fighters look like superman in their last fight and then when they get into the ring with mayweather look very ordinary.

won't be the testing, it will be floyd mayweather boxing ability.

Also it funny how testing only effects floyd's opponents but not him lol

Actually there is, i'm giving my opinion that floyd won't have a problem, this is not factual and does not mean he won't have a problem. The fact that only now we are hearing no USADA is still alarming, because surely this should have came up before in failed negotiations. So why only now?

Just another potential road block added to the city of chaos.:deal

Floyd vs. JMM (no blood tests) - Floyd great footwork

Floyd vs. Mosley (blood tests) - Floyd not so great footwork

Floyd vs. Ortiz (blood tests) - has already announced he will go toe to toe like against Shane (because he has no choice with reduced red blood cells) :rofl
