curtis woodhouse - frankie gavin adds new stipulations a week before fight

    the fight was agreed at 10'4. now gavin has stipulated 10'7.

    its hardly surprising that he is having trouble making weight, considering what happened in the olympics.

    now he agreed in a contract to ight at 10'4 but then starts messing curtis around a week before the fight by making the fight 10'7. if hes so far ahead of curtis why does he want weight advantages?

    here is what curtis had to say


    "dont know what hes weighing and i dont care but im a light welter i said i would go to 10st 4 for the fight i was already giving away 4 pounds now they want another 3 off me im just waiting for the call to ask if ill wear a blindfold they can try and stack the fight in his favour as much as they like but its a **** take and unprofessional ive come down from 12st 2 and moved away from home to train and DIET for 8 weeks so i would come in at the weight WE AGREED ON"

    Poor shout if they are doing this. At the least, Curtis should be paid for every lb Gavin is over.

    according to Woodhouse he has been told that if he doesn't agree to the weight they will bring in someone else.

    that is a ****s move.

    if its in the contract to be 144 Woodhouse should get a % of Gavins purse if Gavin is over. If true it doesnt look good at all for Gavin, partly blaming his last poor showing on being at welter when he should be at 140.

    He has been given more money an 2 an half grand more if he wins I am just growing I killed my self for 2 years an now it's just staying up here an not killing myself again ur see how fit I am on fight night
