Thats what happens when u take a amateur trainer into the pros he can't take Paul any further if he was a good trainer he wood tell his pupil its time to go to the next step up in trainers some of these trainers are very selfish your thoughts ? ?

He's the worst trainer in boxing and I mean that **** foreal. And Paul Williams has a lower ring IQ than fricken Maidana and Khan

Years ago when I saw PDub on ESPN for the first time I thought we had another Tommy Hearns on our hands. Apparently not!

When Martinez knocked Williams out Sergio was just winding up and firing from the floor. One of the things I've said all along is that there are very few fighters who would get hit with that punch. It was the kind of thing you would expect to see in a Tough Man Contest, not an elite level boxing match.

Williams won't change because Peterson's ego is to big to allow it.

George Peterson is awfully rigid. No adjustments? As in no defensive improvements, no technique improvements, etc..

A blind man can see Williams needs some fixing.

There are trainers and then there are technicians and then there are masters like Roach.

I expected that from his trainer. PW needs Emanuel Steward.

Peterson is a **** trainer. He gota guy blessed with tremendous size, and stamina, and a pretty good chin, and yet he give him this stupid amateur "throw a lot of punches don't worry about defense style."

I see Paul getting sparked more in the future, and people sitting back talking about what could have been had he had a good trainer.

I always felt PW was a KO waiting to happen, in every single fight I've seen him in, (Except for an old out of shape Winky) guys have loaded up and caught him, Mitchell, Phillips, Quintana, Margo etc. No ring IQ an extremely easy to hit is a bad Combo. It one thing to be hittable but when a guy can load up/ wind up and still hit, there is a problem.
