It baffles me why British fans dont support Amir Khan and the hate in general

you cant be serious can you?

you think millions of people pay to see him lose? people throw away their hard earned money just to see him lose?

if haye wasnt popular he wouldnt routinely sell out ppv's hell he sold 700k ppv's fighting fraudley.

chef (wlads nutritionist) said he has never witnessed support like haye got, when haye's name was announced in the stadium the place went wild.

he's literally an amalgamation of everything wrong with boxing in the us:

-folds in tons of his biggest fights
-unbalanced jump around faux slickster style he doesn't have the stamina or technical foundation to pull off
    -**** stamina
    -awful personality
    -lacking in warrior mentality/constitution

and yet he still has a huge fanbase, i just dont get it

From this side of the pond, it appears that all the names you mentioned are supported by British fans but they are not as passionately revered as as "Ricky" or "Joe". Nobody was as cocky as Joe Calz.

I guess he has had some trouble with the law . . . I guess that will never make him a good ole boy like Ricky!

Peter Quillins from Michigan, and I want his cell number so I can tell him to stay as far away as he can from Sergio Martinez, unless he wants his **** pushed in.

British people only like guys with character. Whether it's a humble character like Bruno, Cooper or Hatton, or a cocky character like Naz, Eubank or Calzaghe - Whatever their character is, they need to have one. Khan simply doesn't. He has no charisma at all and he is unable to talk without stuttering. Every time he uses a common, every day saying, he ****s it up. If he mentioned England's bad weather, he'd probably say "it often...err...rains like dogs and cats" or something like that.

To appeal to the general public, fighters in any country need a character and personality. Khan has neither. He isn't likeable at all and even though he's a fun, good fighter, that's not even to attract the casual fans.

People wanted to see Audley lose...and some wanted to see Haye lose hence the 700k figure for that. Like I said I don't think the "negative" fans went to Germany, why would they pay to do so? The fans traveled not the Brits who were sick of the talk...hence "polarising" :)

Routinely sell out PPV? What...3 times? 4?...

Just don’t like him had to listen too endless hype and bull**** interviews were he claimed he was great and would do this and that then he got sparked by a no mark. Has come back better than I thought but the Barrera fight was a rip-off win as Marco was cut so bad he could see **** all. Should have been stopped right away and declared a no contest not let the guy struggle on so you can get a crap win that means **** all. McLosecky was another bore of a fight Meidana was a great fight but then Morales comes along and handles him with one eye closed so how good a win is it.

    Zab is underrated.

This is a dangerous fight for Khan. You could say prescott de javu again if Zudah lands any dynamite on KHAN'S chin.
