    Rios is undersold technically. He has a decent jab, is a surprisingly accurate hitter for a volume puncher, and turns his stuff over very well. Most importantly though he captures the essence of my namesake: he never ****ing stops coming forward. He can beat any lightweight in the division and probably a few 140 pounders. I'm saying that and having trouble believing it, but i think it's true.

    I think some of it is having been in a few too many of these wars despite being only 28, but it strikes me that he also probably wasn't ever terribly articulate (in any language) to begin with.

    Youre right. Stylistically very intriguing match-ups.

    Unfortunately Marquez is fighting Pac in November, win or lose it may take the steam away from a potential Rios fight

    But a fight against Guerrerro is looking likely, but theres no real rush. M
