    It took 2 years for him to agree to testing!!!:-:)-:)-(

    Why after 2 years are we only now hearing that USADA is not fit to do the testing for the fight when for the last 2 years its been about cut off dates?????

    Show me something within the last 2 years that says Team Pacquiao and Arum thinks USADA is not fit to do the testing and that they want WADA to do the testing.
