They are throwing up more hurdles by saying they will do full testing BUT it can't be done by the normal drug testing body...they want a different organisation to do the testing why? Who ****ing knows. What we do know is, this is just another way for them to look like they are trying to get the fight made, without the danger of the fight actually getting made.
