Really? Is that why Freddie Roach said Wladimir "hit harder than anyone I've held the mits for." about a month ago? And Manny Steward is pretty honest when talking about his fighters abilities. He said Wlad is the best puncher that he has trained. :good

 

Good call man :good The Duke had some serious snap in his shots. As far as punching power he has to be in the top 10. Some of the left hooks he landed sounded like explosions.

He hits hard enough to get ko and is probably up there with the top punchers in history if he had the attitude of a Thomas Hearn’s he would be real destructive but he is to timid for people to remember the ko they just remember the round of tedium.

 

Corrie Sanders had trememdous power. He showed it long before the Wlad fight. He really walloped Rahman and I remember thinking to myself that this guy could really crack.

 

foreman was a massive puncher. just listen to the mans punches...

if your watching old foreman, his punches lacked explosiveness due to him being slower. however he was still knocking guys out.
younger foreman was a beast of a puncher, he hit soo hard nobody dared to back him up, and those that did were destroyed....DESTROYED. even old foreman, no one backed him up cos he had crazy power in both hands

wlad imo is an all time great puncher, but his killer instinct man is non existant....but stop it with this 'foreman is heavy handed but doesnt have one punch knockout power' please

 

Yeah I believe he did. But I THINK it was around 1994-95 when he started taking that stuff. He always was a gifted puncher. Mercer has said on many occasions that Morrison hit him harder than anyone else. He actually said the body shots Tommy hit him with forced loud farts outta him.

 

I didnt say that Stewart is lying and i believe that his punch is stronger than lewis.But he didnt held mits and heavy bag to Earnie Shavers,George Foreman,Sonny Liston.Roach said that Wladimir Klitschko punch is little bit harder than Mike Tyson but Tysons punch come with much more speed.This was when Tyson was 38 years old.He never held the mits of prime Tyson when he was dynamite.Wladimir Klitschko hit just little bit harder than 38 years old past prime and low motivated Tyson.Imagine what would Roach said if he trained prime Tyson.

 

Even Foreman and Marciano didn't have a lot of one-punch KOs. How many can you think of?

Anyway, Wlad is top 5. Hard to place him exactly. Foreman, Marciano, Tyson are top 5 as well.

I'm not so sure. Wlad has a lot of power, and is one of the hardest punchers in the division right now.

But historically, the heavy division has had an awful lot of huge punchers.
