Ways to improve boxing as a sport

Im sure these threads have been done a million times over. But i want to do one anyway.

Basically, give your ideas on how to change the sport for the better. Anything that you think should go or any ideas that will change the sport for the better.

The obvious one that springs to mind is reducing the number of 'World Champions'.

So one belt per division.

A better ranking system based on expert opinions which means the best fighters fight each other, as opposed to the ones who generate the most money. E.g. To get a shot at THE world champion you must be ranked in the top 3 in the division.

 

Tag team boxing

 

Table's, Ladder's and Chair fight's

 

Badger baiting on the undercard.

 

Take all the boxing promoters and make them hold hands in a field whilst they belt out "I'd like to teach the world to sing".

 

Anything that involves less money being made is generally a non-starter.

 

Dollar dollar bill's ya'll

 

Take the top 30 P4P fighters and have a Royal Rumble.

Forget weights.

An "uppercut yourself" competition hosted by Tyson fury.

Like the royal rumble idea, but I'd mix that with chairs and tables.
