Some become fans of the winners. Some are fans of one boxer. It's alright with me but I prefer to spot a fighter early and follow him while he climb the steps of the boxing rankings. Often, he never gets there but once in a while, he does. I know Bute from his debuts in pro boxing and I'll still be a fan even if he loses. He won't lose though.
Nice KO, but I'm like many others. I'd like to see him against the best of his division. I won't say it's all his fault though. The other guys have been wrapped up in that stupid super six tournament that's been an all out joke. But Bute needs to step in there with a top guy now. From the looks of things, Ward is the only guy at 168 I'd confidently pick to beat him without much trouble. I think he probably beats Dirrell. Froch would be a great fight, I'd probably give the edge to the Englishman because of his proven whiskers and lion's heart. Don't know how Bute would handle a guy that takes his best stuff and keeps coming like Froch would.
