Well I never really thought of either fighter as a juicer, I just wanted to re-use the same question from the first negotiations, in satirical fashion

Yep. That is exactly what juicers have been known to do. Push for more stringent random drug testing.

the last time USADA conducted blood testing was when Floyd fought Mosley in which the testing was stopped too earlier,on the 19th day out....so what happened from 18th day to leading to the fight......nobody knows....Floyd might manipulate USADA(which under his payroll) to stop the testing on specific period so he can juice-up PED into his system(apart from his favorite dope in xylocaine)...it is easier to bribe a smaller agency of same national(USADA) than a prestigious, international and big agency like WADA...

How to make the fight is not rocket science. Blood test. just have 2 people to do test. One from Floyd's camp and one from Pac's camp suggestions. Bam done. They got all the money split already and venues picked. Weight and etc. This is such fishy bulls**t from both sides.

I have a feeling too that this may be Arum's personal agenda against Travis Tygart. It seems to me Tygart pushed his agenda to mainly profit from the high profile fight. If anyone else sensed this, you can understand why Arum wouldn't trust him.

Floyd demaned drug testing and he got his wish.
Nobody can argue using an agency outside of one Floyd is paying the bill for.
It is a win win situation.

There is no getting out of the fight except by a bad loss to Ortiz.
Ball is in Floyd's court in September to take care of Ortiz and agree to fight Manny.

Personally I rather see Brandon Rios fight every month vs all top ten 130, 135 and 140 fighter and I would pay 100$ for each.

Dude, Pac is willing to bend on this issue and have another agency handle it. What's the f'n problem this time around? Big Reg And I even doubt this story has legs to begin with because its over at the boxingscen.

stupidest thing I've ever heard. the NSAC is biased toward Floyd cause he's from Nevada? If anything they hate him because he sees them as being illegitimate under THEIR Regulations. When in fact, they've caught more people in MMA and boxing using illegal substances than in any other state.

It can go both ways. Who says the USADA cant be paid off to ensure they draw blood from Pac the day OF the fight?
