What if WADA test MANNY on the day of the fight anyway? thats thing about RBT no one knows when the test will be done. random means random. Floyd would never agree to a 1 day cutoff. With that in mind if you think floyd wouldnt mind givin up a few mill to have them test manny on the day of the fight. then you must also think Arum would be willin to pay hundreds of millions to not have him tested on the day nof the fight.

 

USADA test randomly, so if they test Mayweather once and Pacquiao twice a day, they aren't breaking their rules or even bending them. We all know that would be unfair but it could happen and all USADA have to say is that they're just doing their job, which is random testing.

Well thats the whole point really. USADA is too strict and invasive with their testing, so Arum wants it handled by a different organization. But OSDT is OSDT, which is what Floyd asked for.

So what you're saying is that they want a less rigoruous and thorough testing. They follow WADA procedures. Why not use the best organization in the US? They have the most experince and have handled the big fights safely.
