Like I said, this is boxing politics. This whole thing about trying to keep Bradley away from a Pacquiao fight is due to the fact that Roach knows how dangerous Bradley is. Bradley while it might not be an even fight, is still a very tough fight. A lot tougher than Marquez. Tougher than Clottey. Tougher than Cotto. And tougher than Mosley. We are talking about a legit champion in his prime here, not a contender, not an old champion, not a guy like Marquez who is way out of his weightclass, but a prime champion.

The last fighter Pacquiao had to fight like this was DLH. And if the only thing standing in the way of this tough fight is politics then why should fans give a ****? Pacquiao must fight Mayweather or Bradley next. Anything less and he's going to lose the respect of the fans. It's that simple.

And if you think he should fight someone better than Bradley I challenge you or anyone else to name who would be better.

    Sadly this is true :|

Let me give you guys a John Madden,
    1. Pacquiao will probably TKO Marquez in Nov.
    2. During that build up Bob Arum will be secretly negotiating a easy fight deal w/ Bradley ( like they were negotiating w/ Marquez during the Mosley build up )
    3. A few days ago Arum said they agree to full random testing BUT they don't think USADA is a neutral organization ( which is bull**** because USADA is the gold standard under WADA & Pacquiao has NO problem w/ making money or fighting in America, even meeting our president but he has a problem w/ the UnitedStatesAntiDopingAgency?
    4. Ultimately they will flip it on Floyd because they know he would most likely want USADA to conduct the testing.

Pacquiao, Mayweather, and Khan have ducked people. Why won't Khan give Prescott that rematch?

Once again you're biased and this is boxing politics.

Bradley-Pacquiao doesn't really interest me to be honest, Bradley's good but Manny beats him fairly easily. Khan-Bradley would be much more competitive and would've meant that we have an established top dog at light welterweight.

I understand Bradley's motivation but in an ideal world he uses this fight as a platform to go ahead and secure the big money fight against Pacquiao (or in Khan's case, Mayweather) but it seems Bradley would rather miss out this step - and the chance to prove himself as the best in his division - just in case he loses.

I reckon they'll eventually face each other, probably up at 147, but it's not as relevant a fight as it would be now.

If Khan really wanted to fight tough fights why won't he rematch Prescott?

Look, I'm not stupid. Roach wants all the titles and this is boxing politics 101. He's afraid to put Bradley in with Pacquiao, while Floyd is busy fighting a young lion like Ortiz.

Sure Pacquiao will probably beat Bradley, but Bradley is the toughest fight just like Ortiz is the toughest fight Mayweather can make. So as far as I'm concerned you people just don't want Bradley to fight Pacquiao because of the risk that Bradley might actually beat Pacquiao and ruin the Mayweather fight possibility.

At the same time, Khan is going to be forced to fight Bradley whether Bradley wins or loses against Pacquiao because Khan is still young and Bradley is going to win titles and if Khan moves up he wont have an choice but to challenge Bradley in the future.

So it was a shrewd move by Bradley. And it's good for boxing because we will get the Pacquiao Bradley vis and the Khan Bradley fight, and we might even get Pacquiao Mayweather. And while you people fight about the order in which these fights are made, I just want them all to be made.

Lets see Pacquiao easily beat Bradley and build up the Mayweather fight even more if Mayweather easily beats Ortiz.

And Ortiz can fight Bradley if they both lose, or if they both win. And Khan can fight the winner.

Boxing politics?, it's because they're ****ing friends with the same trainer you moron.

The problem is you're operating on "ifs" and not being very realistic, Mayweather seems pretty adamant about fighting Pac next so that's obviously the root both guys should take. They're both backed in a corner now with no real viable opponents left.

And I'm sorry, but a small 140lber with no punching power who needs to get into Pacs firing range to get off his shots (when he also has no speed advantage) isn't a very viable opponent no matter how much you try and spin it.

Plus we also have no idea how Bradley does at this weight in the long term, he's had what... a few fights at 147?, even that?, he obviously went back down to 140 for a reason, and is clearly only moving back up for the payday from a Pac fight. How do we even know he gets past someone like Mosley or Berto?

Anyway I'm leaving it at that. I'm too tired to argue endlessly with a brick wall for like a million pages.

Floyd's fight is in September, he has over 1 month to decide after his fight with Ortiz if he wants Pacquiao or not.

"He takes the test, we have a fight." $$$ Mayweather

Pac/Arum says Pac will take the test.
