It doesn't get anymore official than US CONGRESS appointing USADA. Floyd isn't the one publicizing his meetings with America's president and openly endorsing a senator. If anything, using someone declared as official by the US government should make Mr.I am acquainted with American politicians feel more secure.

Unfortunately for all of us, emmanuel is anti-American and doesn't trust the American government at all.

If you ask Americans if they want Pacquiao to fight in America, I think majority will answer YES.

Pacquiao can fight anywhere in the world.

well if you hear one of those guys says Floyd agreed to this or that or that he's going to do something, then they are the most credible

If USADA do the testing in US soil... Who will test Pacman while he is training in the Philippines?

Add twist to the flavor.

We will accept random blood test only if its handled by WADA.

Is this too much to ask from Floyd by Arum since Pac has already moved from 30 to 21 to 7 to all the way to fight day which was Floyd was asking for?

Doesn't he do the majority and more serious parts of his training in the US? My belief was always that you can't enforce testing on him over in the philipines. It's a very corrupt nation, so he can easily pay them off.

The US Congress -- just like the NSAC -- isn't making the contract for the fight. They don't have the final say.

The ball's in Floyd's court. We'll see where things go from here.

Where in that email does it say USADA is the only organization that does random blood testing? If Arum is asking for a different organization to conduct the testing, then Floyd shouldn't have a problem with it as long as it's random . He's said that himself.

If Arum wants WADA involved, then my guess is he would want WADA to appoint another country's agency -- say, the Canadian equivalent of the USADA -- to do the testing.

It's not about the USADA doing the testing on American soil. Any agency can be brought in to do the testing, just as foreign judges can be brought in to judge a fight in America.

The bottom line is that Arum and Emmanuel are using every excuse to get out of testing. They've got something to hide. Testing is testing. If you're clean, you're clean. Floyd is not in control of the USADA.

Just take the test, Emmanuel. Or is the secret out? Pathetic.

So there's no corruption in the USA? Even in US boxing scene, there's a lot of corruption/robberies happening.

It is because Floyd has nowhere else to go beside

    a) permanently retire and come back till pac retires
    b) say he has aids and then declare cured as soon as pac announces his retirement
    c) pull a valero.

No he only spent final week of his training in the US. Philippines has no certified WADA lab to do the test.
