How stu[id can you get? WADA is an international agency that conducts olympic testing. USADA is a privately owned local agency headed by a certain trygart who is rubbing elbows with Richard Schaefer. go figure

 

There's should be not much concern with USADA doing the testing. Same as there's should be no corcern if any other WADA accredited testing org/company is agreed to do the testing.

 

Hair sample was already brought out here numerous times. But its blood or no fight for them, heck they won't even care to bring out the unlimited urine counter offer in exchange for the cut off.
