Ain't it so obvious? Floyd and his legions of *****s doesn't want the fight to happen coz they know Pac will destroy the legendary undefeated Slick african american boxer. Pac will expose Floyd so bad it will be bad for Boxing since Pac will retire after that fight. No more legendary undefeated myth.

Surprisingly I found nothing!! But in amateur boxing, AIBA, USA Boxing and WSB oversee their own drug testings that are fully WADA compliant.

And for the record, I as Im sure many Floyd fans are thrilled that Bob has finally agree to the testing, one step closer to Pac getting wooped by Money. Some call a spade a spade, Bob is trying to get extra leverage in the negotiations which at this point is not necessary. But yeah, whoever does the testing who cares, again I agree with that. Theres just no need to prolong things.

WADA does not have a facility, USADA also does not have a facility to do the actual test.

USADA just oversees how the test is implemented. They don't draw the blood or analyze the samples. Samples are then sent to one of these 2 accredited sites.

Arum doesn't seem to trust how Tygart will implement the testing, all Arum is asking for is why not let WADA or somebody else oversee the testing.

 

I agree. Also Arum, who I truely think doesnt want to let Pacquiao fight Mayweather, is just hoping Mayweather doesnt agree with this. That way He can make the fight with Bradley because he knows pacquiao can Beat Bradley, hes not sure he can beat Mayweather.

Lets be real here. Arum after the Mayweather-Judah fight "Mayweather is the best boxer since Ali" then after Mayweather didnt resign with him, he started talking smack. but he knows that Mayweather is all bad for Pacquiao

 

Who does the Olympic games testing? numerous Countries and a multitude of fairness issues, and yet that gets done? is there a single body or do organization work in conjuntion to get Olympic testing done? surely based on whats done at the Olympic games can also be used as a blueprint to get these two in a ring and quit ****ing about. lets cut the bull**** get it right and get it on.
