You ****** did you not understand that the WADA contract organization to handles testing and the USADA is bound by contact to the WADA to follow their standards to the letter. The USADA are the Gold master of testing for the WADA in the US.. The Key words GOLD MASTER meaning they set the standard above anyone one else in the US.. The USADA testing is to be model by everyone else to follow.. Meaning they (usada) don't follow they lead.. do you get it now.. ?

show me where it says the usada does not have a lab? because as Tygart stated the USADA is "signatory" to the WADA meaning they are bound by written contract by the WADA to make sure the test are done as per the WADA .. Also the USADA is the Gold master of testing meaning Their testing is of the highest order in the US..

This is the point. Floyd wants OSDT so it means that we will just treat Floyd and Pacquiao as "amateur" boxers for this particular fight. Amateur boxers do undergo these tests. WADA or USADA or NSAC can oversee the OSDT whoever will be finally agreed upon and selected.

 

I really dont care who does the testing but who cares about me. Arum only said this hoping that Mayweather says NO and he can make a Pacquiao-Bradley fght next spring. If you cant see this then I dont know what to tell you....

pit why does it have to be USADA? If Arum wants a different organization to do the testing, why not , as long as it's random testing which is the bottom line . Floyd should just accept that, he said before that he doesnt care who handles the testing. OSDT is OSDT, who cares if USADA is the 'gold standard' , just have a different company do the testing to appease Arum so they can make the fight happen.
