Yes, but WADA has other approved anti-doping agencies around the world. USADA is not alone.

    Plenty to choose from.

Floyd did come out of retirement in 09. But you were referencing the 1st negotiations in your other quote, which that negotiation was set for March 2010.

The point is WADA does not conduct the testing themselves. Read the article there are a lot of great unbiased points in it. I thought it was a very good read actually. Learned a lot I didn't know! I wish I could copy and paste some quotes but they don't allow it on their site lol...

Pac typically trains at the Wild Card for only 2 weeks (for tax purposes, the longer he trains in the US, the more taxes he pays). Who will test Pac in the Philippines? A foreign WADA approved agency, or a local WADA approved agency?

Neutral means impartial. If USADA is neutral according to many, why would it be any different for a foreign WADA approved anti-doping commission?

**** arum and **** pacman.... This OSDT is ****ing simple and arum and pac are making it difficult. If Ortiz and Mosley was able to do OSDT without if and but, Pac on the other hand are making bull**** excuses.
