USADA does not do any testing whatsoever themselves. They simply refer the testing out to a WADA accredited laboratory. USADA basically holds the blind test codes that match the athlete's blood and urine samples.

 

Well WADA themselves don't conduct testing, they bring in another third party to do so that adhere to the WADA code. And guess what USADA is a company that uses WADA code atsch

That is fine and dandy as long as they abide strictly by WADA code but in addition to that Arum has to grow up and realize that USADA is only here to help they are not biased in anyway and even if test are conduced by say an Agency in the Phillipines they have to relay they information and work with USADA since the fight will occur on US soil... In other words, there is no way to completely get USADA out of the picture.
