    I believe Arum has narrowed it down to 3 neutral testing associations:

    MADA - Midget Anti-Doping Association
    TADA - Top Rank Anti-Doping Association
    NADA - Nonexistent Anti-Doping Association

    Floyd thought he could pull a fast one and bring in a questionable association like the USADA. Did he really think he could outsmart an unbiased and honest genius like Bob Arum? :patsch

    Arum said they had agreed to all of floyd's demands. Then guess what USADA was one of them.

    Doesn't really matter as long as either WADA or USADA do it. This is just the typical posturing bollocks you get in negotiations. They have agreed to Floyd's terms but still have to make a condition of their own to save face and to show that Floyd didn't get it all his own way.
