The job for drawing blood is called a phlebotomist. They make a little less than a LVN and take a certificate course. Other than that, they just must be made aware of slight of hand and what a rubber dick looks like and perhaps watch a video on how STD's are transmitted. But I doubt they DCO's actually do any of that and are just there to observe. Most likely they aren't even laboratory specialists and are nothing more than another layer of administrative billing.

 

For the record this isn't a deal breaker, I don't give a **** who tests, my point is simply that it's idiotic to claim the USADA isn't nuetral or to imply they are somehow "on PBF's payroll". Bottom line, it just shows the insecurity of Top Rank and Manny's team collectively.

 

USADA is one of those third party organizations, hence there is no argument and that's the point. The USADA is an indirect extention of WADA, utilizes their guidelines and standards, so what's the problem with the USADA? That said, I don't give a **** who tests, the bottom line is this is just another stupid ass wrinkle from Top Rank and essentially Manny's team.
