People keep arguing The difference between the organizations because Arum has reservations but fail to even understand what he said.

Most people cut off or don't address the last sentence which takes the whole statement out of context. What he is saying is that there is no consequences to testing arbitrarily. If you are going to test, then do it right! Do it where there is accountability under the Law. Whoever is picked to do the administration they should have to do it under the AC.

 

I think it's fair to say that no one gives a **** who they use as long as they sign the contract.

WADA handels the Olympics. USADA handles testing before the Olympics. For US Olympic athletes.
