If Miguel Canto gauged himself on beer and chocolate, became morbidly obese, then won a 4 round decision against Muhammad Ali or Mike Tyson....who's legacy would that affect?

Meehan weighed in above middleweight ever since his 20's. It's just that he made his debut while 15-16 years old. He had a pair of fights with future bantamweight title holder Eddie Campi.

In fact at 20 years of age, he fought Harry Wills in a 4 rounder and beat the 220 pound Charley Miller.

It would look absolutely horrendous on Mike. Beaten by an out of shape slob is not good. No matter how many rounds it is.

It's that dick's Dempsey driven agenda being put into play again. It's been a while.

Yeah, it would look VERY VERY bad on Tyson - but are you saying Canto wouldn't deserve a ton of credit ?

If an out of shape, obese man beat a prime Mike Tyson, I'd put the blame on Tyson, not give the credit to a man who can't be considered as a serious athlete. Honestly.

Nah, you. You're lying by saying you'd give credit to a fat man who beat Tyson/Ali, when you hate on Tyson for far less than losing 4 rounders to obese flyweights, and it's just because it'd be exposing a double standard in you not counting it too much against Dempsey.
