Actually....the demand was for Olympic style drug testing... But USADA isn't the only organization out there who can handle this kind of testing. USADA is who FLOYD sought out to handle testing for him...But it's not part of his demand that PAC has to use them as well.

Is'nt Nuetral FAIR???? & is'nt it common sence to have a nuetral body to oversee any said proceedue thats in dispute & give me one good & just reason why Floyd should not wish this so that the fight can be made. If Mayweather baulks at this then even YOU must concede that Floyd does not wish to engage in fistycuffs with Pacquiao.

There are causes for concern as to the possible impartiality of USADA albeit justified or NOT!!! So you then get in an Oversees 3rd party that is totally nuetral to oversee said procedue. Done & ****in dusted & absolutly NO American involvement just to be on the safe side eh:hey:deal

    The SMIC should oversee testing

Floyd, Oscar, Panama Lewis, Victor Conte, Roger and Floyd Sr

cant believe you guys still got the energy to quibble about these two fighters - im soooo worn out lol

no one honestly knows who's holding up, whether its the fighters OR the promoters OR the combination of both...
every little petty report is blown up as some sort of subjective truth from another, and who knows how valid that report or the source is...

Just holding my breath and wishing for the best to happen...

understand the word "random", the number of samples need to be taken out, and its impact to a boxers who trains really hard to the fight.

bob is really smart. he's fraud mind is better than floyd. bob put floyd in a situation where floyd will be obliged to do something (a neutral osdt) he (floyd) doesnt really want in the first place.

Floyd's got what he wants & now just get in some nuetral governence to oversee the proceedure & in no way are any american's allowed to administer or oversee any of the tests or proceedure's just to be on the safe side of caution & if the 3 american judges at the Williams/lara fight are anything to go by then it's a given that they''ll be a possibility of something untoward happening albeit deliberate or neglegence or a combo of both for true american good measure.

So lets all err on the the side of common sense & caution & blanket ban any American governance in this already as per usual American made fiasco & least we forget that if AMERICAN INVOLVEMENT IN IRAQ is anything to go by then expect both blood tests to come out as HIV/Syphilis positive instead of just floyds:lol:

Canadians/Brits/French or any other euro's who are contracted to the WADA & seeing that the UK has the next olympics then fly our blokes over to administer & oversee all procedures & then lets just get on with the ****in FIGHT:bbb:bbb:bbb

If Mayweather baulks at this then even the most dedicated *****sexual must concur that Void does not wish to engage in a bout of fistiecuffs with the Pacman & he'd rather fight Khan & in all honesty who could blame him as fighting Khan is a MegaMax reward & ZIP risk:lol:

Pacquiao himself doesn't want to fight Floyd, so he'd rather hide behind his promoter and let his promoter do the talking.

Ever since Floyd called out Pacquiao, we haven't heard a word from Pacquiao about fighting Floyd.

The idea that blood testing was cut off at 18 days out with neither party knowing when the blood testing would end... Actually describes what we call random testing.....

Don't you think that with the numbers of days to stop testing being such a big thing and stopping the first negotiations, that for them to stop testing 18 days from the fight just doesn't make much sense?

Really, think about it. Why would they stop so far out when that was what killed the fight in the first place?

And I am aware what random means, so if that was going to be your reply, save it. :D
