High Level Promotions have issued the following statement with regards to the nights fights.
Mr Brum is delighted with Deontay Wilder's performance over such a fierce opponent as Mr Brown and would like to propose a match up with young British heavyweight Danny Hughes.
Also we at High Level promotions would like to praise both Michael and Martin on such an enthralling contest and want to provide the fans with more. Therefore we propose a rematch between these two warriors.
High Level Promotions also strongly deny any baseless allegations that the judges (Mr Brum jnr, Ellie Sechback and Larry's dad) were in any shape or form biased. The result was clearly a win for the war machine. Larry has expressed a desire to fight Danny Williams next as well.
    Sincerely
    Mr Aob Brum
    CEO of High Level Promotions

If we want to swap a boxer for a current cpu controlled one is that ok? Thinking of a winner takes all bout where if my guy loses I get rid and sign his conqueror!

Also unless I've missed it I see you don't have a squad? You should put one in.

    Vyacheslav Glazkov 9-0 (6) Dominick Guinn 33-7-1 (22) 10 x 3
Glazkov has took this fight impressively early in his career, like fellow prospect Kubrat Pulev who fought Guinn in his 8th fight. Guinn, a 36 year old veteran has only been pro 11 years, but has mixed it with plenty world class opperators and has never been stopped.

Guinn establishes his jab early, with his left jab pumping out well. Glazkov looks to get in early and charges forward with his head causing a massive clash of heads that hurts both me. Glazkov is cut ! Cut badly under his eye! Guinn presses straight at him firing jab after jab at the cut... The doctor inspects the cut.. its too bad to continue ! The fight is stopped - but due to the four round rule, the fight is ruled a no contest ! The crowd is bitterly disapointed ! They didnt even get to see a round of action !

The scar tissue that was opened in this amatuer fight seemed to of opened again, fustratingly for Glazkov.

    Denis Boystov 28-0 (23) Vs David Tua 52-3-2 (43) 10 x 3
Boystov has been racking up the wins so far in his career with more or less ease - David Tua is a boxing legend and a known furiously strong fighter - but after seemingly being lucky after a draw with Monte Barrett - and tasting the canvas for the first time in his career - its apparant that Tua is on the slide. Has Boystov caught him at the right time?

Tua was legendary a decade ago for his fast starts - notoriously knocking out John Ruiz in 20 seconds - but he is slow out this time, and takes a few jabs for not being animated enough. He plods onwards, but is met with a number of hard shots which keep him away for the round.

The second see's Boystov pursuing the fight, and he constantly has Tua on the back foot with ramrod jabs and punishing rights to head and body. The third and fourth are the same, and Tua seems tired and battle weary already, with him breathing heavily and shaking his head in disapointment often.

The fith comes and Boystov unleashes a brutal right to the face - which noticably staggers Tua to the ropes. Boystov loads up on some hooks to the body which hurt Tua, but he tries one too many and Tua moves to the side and launches a powerful uppercut that drops Boystov to his knees. He gets up at 5 but is badly hurt - he shouldnt be allowed to continue ! He sags to the ropes but Tua is too tired to do much! He swings a few shots to Boystov's groggy face, but Boystov is clearing up and fires some back ! Oh! A left hook staggers Tua! He's falling to the other side of the ring ! 4 Uppercuts as he's flying to the ropes and the referee grabs Tua ! Its over ! Its over ! Tua is stopped for the first time after dropping Boystov in the same round ! What drama here in the fith !

    Denis Boystov WTKO5 David Tua

You can see here how low Boystov's hands were - seconds later he payed for it as Tua landed a vicious uppercut badly hurting him. Still, he regained compusure and stopped Tua in the same round - an achievment to be proud of.

Alexander Povektin 22-0 (15) (EBU) Vs Derrick Rossy 25-5 (14)
Rossy was smashed last time out by Shannon Briggs inside a round - so the classy, strong Povektin shouldnt have a problem here. That being said, Povektin looked awful last time out -however the negitiveness of Alexander Dimitrenko wasnt enough to keep his EBU belt.

The fight was actually boring early on in the fight, with Povektin just jabbing and moving away from Rossy. He did this for the first two rounds and probably would of got away with it for the whole fight - but Povektin, with the jibes and boo's of fans dissapointed after his last fight ringing in his ears, decided to turn it up a gear in the fith.

Alexander came forward, leading left uppercuts and right crosses, and Rossy was from that point on in danger all the time. He was stunned multiple times in the 3rd but managed to hold on and survive the round. However he couldnt stay on his feet in the 4th, about a minute in that said combination of a left uppercut - right cross dropped him heavily on to his back. He was up at 9, lurched towards the referee who wrongly let the fight go on - only for Rossy to stagger into a left hook which had him out cold looking at the lights. The referee issued the whole count but Rossy didnt/couldnt move an inch. Thankfully he was OK after the bout.

Dimitrenko beat Rossy in 5 (above) but Povetkin beat Dimitrenko then beat Rossy in 4. 'Nuff said.

    David Haye 26-2 (24) Vs Evander Holyfield 44-10-2 (29)
Legend Holyfield wants to be the undisputed heavyweight champion - so does David Haye. However, Haye actually challenged the best in the divison and came up short - and can come again. Holyfield has fought 5 times since 2007, lost 2 heavyweight title shots in that time, drew after being cut (and down on the scorecards) and beat Frans Botha and Brian Nielson. Haye has unified the Crusierweight division in that time, stepped up to heavy and took the WBA belt, before losing to Wladimir Klitschko. Both these men have been good at both weights - just Haye 10 years after Holyfield. A true mismatch.

Haye intends to end the fight early as well, as he comes in with a viscious left hook right hook combination that staggers Evander early. A few jabs later and Holyfield is covered up on the ropes taking bombs. He actually looks good here, slipping most shots and moving away from Haye, but David Bombs across the ring with a massive right hand that drops Evander for a 3 count. Holyfields up and Haye lets him survive this round.

The second comes and Haye outboxes Evander this time, jabbing and moving his head from the outside. Its sad to see Evander - he can see the openings and goes for them but his reflexes just arent fast enough anymore. This happens again in the 3rd and its apparant Holyfield doesnt need to be in there. Haye charges at him in the 4th, but Holyfield grits his teeth and fights back - he comes off second best but he's taking Hayes shots and giving some back without looking awful. This pattern continues in the 5th and 6th and Holyfield is starting to sag, and then in the 7th the exchanges become horrible to watch as Holyfield gets two minor cuts, one under his left eye and one under the right. The end is near in the 8th when Haye unloads a 9 punch combination which sends Holyfield down hard. He's up at 7, hurting bad but charges back at Haye - only to run into another right hand and go down. He's up at 4 but the referee does the right thing and stops it, Amidst Holyfields (and his corners) mad complaints.

    David Haye WTKO8 Evander Holyfield

Holyfield got up for the 3rd time in the 8th, but gladly the referee did the right thing in ending matters straight away.

    Shannon Briggs 52-6-1 (46) Vs Monte Barrett 34-9-2 (20) 12 x 3
Barrett and Briggs both seem to be past prime, but Briggs has comeback from his loss to Vital K with a 1 round KO win - Barrett has drew both his last fights controversially - on he seemd to be on the wrong side on and the other one he was lucky for. Seemingly good fight.

Briggs is the busier man in the first 4 rounds, and it pays off for him because he sweeps all them rounds , as he leans in with his shots and lands flush multiple times on Barretts chin. Monte has some success however, as when Shannon takes a breather he steps back and jabs him with good lefts.

The 5th and 6th are not good rounds in the fight, both men decide to go on the inside and they take the ''phonebooth match'' a little too seriously it seems as its like a ''double sack race match '', and the judges - nor the croud can see which punch's land. If any actually do.

The 7th is when Monte then starts to step back and jab when Shannon comes in, and it works no end for him as ''The Cannon'' cant simply get at him. He does this in the 8th,9th and 10th but the energy he has exerted takes too much of a toll on him. He's absoulutley knackered as the 11th starts, and he cant do anything to stop Shannons bruising attacks as Briggs lands at will. Barrett puts up more of a fight in the 12th but Shannon takes the round and seemingly seems to of done enough to win.

''We go to the judges scorecards where we have a desision, and its unanimous ..

Judge one reads the contest as 116-114...
Judge two and three are in agreement as they score the bout 117-113 to your winner by unanimous desison...

    Shannon ''The Cannon'' Briggs !''

Veterans Briggs and Barrett prove they can go hard for 12 rounds as Shannon comes out with a UD victory.

James Toney 74-6-3 (44) (USBA, IBA)
    Vs
    Chauncy Welliver 45-5-5 (19)
    USBA AND IBA CHAMPIONSHIP FIGHT

Toney is the favourite here, by quite a bit after impressivly shutting out Maurice Harris last time out. However, Welliver is a good fighter and will come with every intention in taking both his titles - the IBA strap was voluntary put on the line by Toney - a show of his confidence.

The first two rounds are scrappy, but thats with Welliver constantly falling in at Toney - who does his best to shove off his oppenent and counter him flush. Toneys short left hook is the best punch of the fight as it lands and jerks Wellivers head to the side all the time.

Toney then comes straight at Welliver in the third, rocks him with a right hand and unloads against the ropes, Welliver is firing back well though... whats this? The referee stops the fight? That is a premature stoppage if I've ever seen one! The croud boo's loudly ! Welliver seemed to have his sences back and was firing back ! He punches the ring post in disguist as the desision is announced..

    James Toney WTKO3 Chauncy Welliver

Chauncy Welliver was all smiles before the fight, but after that absurd stoppage he wont be after it.

Yes, but I think it would complicate things, although Im open to doing another game with another division further down the line.

    New Rankings Up
James Toney will be very pleased, after his controversial stoppage win over Chauncy Welliver, he has now jumped into multiple World Title rankings.

Tyson Fury could be getting nervous - Audley Harrison has crept right up in the British and Commonwealth rankings. Not to mention the European ones too.

Yea, I think it's too much work for one person anyway. I was just curious if other divisions were available.

Do you have to buy it?

Yeah, theres a week long demo, seach title bout championship boxing 2.5 on google and you'll get there. Maybe after everyone's brought their prospects up and the game dies down a little we can do a new one and everyone can vote the weight that its done at :)
