I don't care who does the testing as long as it does the best job at preventing cheating. USADA is the Gold Standard and follows WADA's guidelines the strictest and they are already using them so why not use them. I don't see how Arum could have an issue with him.
If it becomes a big issue, then I think Floyd should agree to move off of USADA to another organization that is just as good as USADA

The new news is Pacman will NOW take the test but only if its done by the WADA. That is just another reason for the fight not to happen. Both of these mother****as dont want to fight. USADA handled OSDT for Floyd and Mosley and probably once again in-charge for Floyd and Ortiz.

Does USADA already tested a non-American professional boxer before? Just want to know if there's one already.
