I don't care who does the testing as long as it does the best job at preventing cheating. USADA is the Gold Standard and follows WADA's guidelines the strictest and they are already using them so why not use them. I don't see how Arum could have an issue with him.
If it becomes a big issue, then I think Floyd should agree to move off of USADA to another organization that is just as good as USADA

Bottom Line Pacman is as much blame as Mayweather!!!

The new news is Pacman will NOW take the test but only if its done by the WADA. That is just another reason for the fight not to happen. Both of these mother****as dont want to fight. PAcman who gives a **** who does the test, they both just want to cry like little bitches. Pacman rather fight in court then to fight him in the ring.

Everytime they seem like they gone fight the other pull off some bull. Pacman is at fault this time. Take the test or don't. Stop acting like a little *****.

All you Pacman fans need to really look at this objectively. I know you want to be on his side, but they both on some bull****. Not wanting to get test by USADA is just another reason for the fight to not happen.

These two little mother****as get on my nervous, ***MAN and MONEY

All Floyd did was ask for one thing... the same thing that Ortiz and Mosley didn't have a problem with.

USADA is OK but I think Amateur Olympic sports orgs are the best in conducting OSDT. They're doing it for years!

    What's the "O" in OSDT?

Just read that WADA dose not conduct test they only make the standard so what is the argument about. I dont get why people can't see that Bob Arum don't want this fight.

USADA handled OSDT for Floyd and Mosley and probably once again in-charge for Floyd and Ortiz.

Does USADA already tested a non-American professional boxer before? Just want to know if there's one already.
