    I think it's the other way around. OIC was the one in-charge with the help of USADA just because the Olympics was held in America. If the Olympics is held in another country, I think USADA won't be involved but still OIC remains the over-all in-charge.

    pac has been a pain in the rear. nobody who has fought floyd recently has been more difficult than pac. and this is all over a drug test which makes pac look even more shady

    USADA claimed they're the gold standard but their track record does not really reflect it. Some drug cheaters still able to beat their tests.

    Looks more like a bronze.

    You obviously don't know **** so your opinion means dick.

    WADA does NOT do any testing, they contract testing to USADA.

    I honestly don't car who does the test, but Arum should at least throw out an organization that conducts TESTING. He made himself look foolish.

    You guys are complete morons. You are now defending the latest BS from Pac. Rewriting the past. So if Pac agreed to all of this why didn't he put this in the package he sent over to HBO before the Margarito fight? Right. He sent a 7 day cut off that time. Different fight to duck. Different excuse. :lol:
