:-( for the life of me, i can't understand why most joyboys keep on turning a blind eye on this while always being sharp about minute details regarding pac. this is one of he biggest **** ups done on one of the best today and people just want to give floyd a pass.

What do I think? I think he meant, "Pac's cheating a$$ won't test and I am not fighting any of these other guys (Clottey, Cotto, Berto, etc...). When an exciting fight presents itself I will step in and do what I do."

Pacquiao has been ducking drug tests for 3 years now, it's clear he is a cheater and a fraud. All roads lead to Floyd Mayweather.

 

Pacquiao is a fraudulent joke, first it's he's scared of needles, then blood weakens him, then he can't submit to a 14 day cutoff, now it's he can't submit to USADA.
