Because of the turmoil it has caused AND the fact that the WADA doesn't even test. So how in the hell can the WADA do the test when they contract out to the NDAs (national doping agencies recognized by governments). Guess who that is for the United States? The USADA! So once again, Arum has relied on your general ignorance to throw some BS against the wall getting you backing Pacfraud.

There's no fool proof drug testing system yet in place.

OSDT in pro boxing at this time with no system yet in place is not much of help but if one boxer would not fight without OSDT then let's just have it in order to have that boxer fight. Just for the sake of it.
