In the Philippines (where Pac typically trains for the first 6 weeks), the WADA contracted agency is the Philippine Sports Commission.

Since many here insist on using the local WADA approved agencies, why not USADA for Floyd, PSC for Pac?

If Arum now wants a specific lab or orginization to do the testing, that should absolutely raise red flags of caution for most who believe Arum is fully capable of bribing test officials.

USADA does not do any testing whatsoever themselves. They simply refer the testing out to a WADA accredited laboratory. USADA basically holds the blind test codes that match the athlete's blood and urine samples.

 

Pac trains in Baguio for the majority of his camp. Is USADA the locally WADA approved anti-doping agency? Well, well... it's actually the Philippine Sports Commission.

The USADA has "Doping Control Officers". That is who conducts the test. The lab is who analyzes the sample.
