Watching him showboat against Zbik was sickening, he got a shot at a weak champ and couldn't even beat him fair and square with out any politics involved.
That was complete BS, Zbik had double the connects the entire fight, and were clean fush shots being landed. Politics decided the winner of that fight.
ummmmm Naw. to many cupcakes because hes with Top Rank. If he was with Golden Boy he would be a superstar and would've fought some better fighters. Now Hes already in the shadow of Canelo who 20 and doesnt have a great father's name to live behind
ah **** it, ill raise my hand. Used to dislike him, rooted against him, couldnt stand him. But when I seen him buckle down in training, signing up with a world class team, some interviews and his reactions to some things, and putting up some good fights, hes been winning me over. It just kinda happened too... I dont even know, every time Id watch him fight Id root against him, from waaaay back in the day, then somewhere along the line I started going "No JR! what the hell are you doing?'' when he was messing up, or "There you go man, keep doing that!'' when he was doing good, then Id catch myself like wtf am I rooting for him for? Then it just kept growing.
No way does Canelo stop Jr if its within the next year.... God I hope this fight happens so people can see what really is gonna go down should these two fight soon.
